A family assembly for my birthday was enjoyed by all to celebrate my 21st birthday...for the 38th time. This picture is of my granddaughter, Katie, helping me blow out the candles on my cake. Shortly after this picture was taken, my grandchildren, Katie, Destanee, and Austen joined me in sticking fingers in the cake and licking the frosting off.
As I am into Clive Cussler books, Damien and Stephanie got me an audio version of The Chase so that I can listen to it as I drive around. It is going to be a fantastic book to hear since I really like the old western type.

Dad, it's great to see that you've started your own blog. What a great picture of Katie helping you blow out the candles on your birthday cake. Keep posting comments of your "Harbor Chief Chronicles" and the things that happen out on the boat and wherever else.
I will have to agree that Katie is adorable in that picture, and that she had a lot of fun helping papa blow out the candles. We are awaiting more news from you, so hopefully you will check your emails and post more soon!
